RCB Bank welcomes Coweta Vice President, Community President Chuck Bell

Coweta, OK. — RCB Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Chuck Bell as Vice President, Community President of their Coweta location. In his role, Bell will lead local business development efforts, support customers' financial goals and strengthen the Bank's commitment to the community.

Bell brings more than 20 years of banking experience to the position, with expertise in commercial lending, treasury management, merchant services and business development.

Before joining RCB Bank in May 2026, he served in various leadership roles at BancFirst, Arvest Bank and Commerce Bank, helping businesses and consumers achieve their financial goals through tailored financial solutions and relationship-focused service.

A longtime Coweta resident, Bell combines extensive industry knowledge with a deep understanding of the community he serves. His commitment to building lasting relationships and supporting local businesses makes him well-positioned to lead RCB Bank's efforts in the Coweta market and help customers navigate opportunities for growth and success.

Outside of the bank, Bell remains actively involved in his community. He serves on the board of directors for Wagoner County Rural Water District No. 5 and is a deacon and youth leader at Crosspoint Baptist Church in Coweta. He and his wife, Jennie Bell, have three children and have called Coweta home since 2003.
