Cheese Making Class
Making simple cheese from goats’ milk can be fun and rewarding. Come join us for this fun class on Monday, July 18, noon, at the Coweta Public Library. Local small farmer and cheese maker Nina Cason will teach us how to make this soft cheese and we will have the opportunity to “make and take” our own sample of cheese!
