DESCRIPTION:Payment of $25 will be collected upon your arrival. CASH OR CHECK ONLY made payable to Downtown Activities Committee. \n \n\nSetup begins at 7 a.m. & placement will be on a first come\, first serve basis. Everyone must be completely set up & ready to go by 8:45 a.m. for a FB Live. No one will be allowed to begin tear down until 1 p.m. - no exceptions. \n \n\nThe Coweta Chamber of Commerce\, Downtown Activities Committee\, City of Coweta & all representatives from these organizations will not be responsible for accidents\, damage\, or injuries that might occur from setup\, tear down and other activities during this event. \n\n \n\nSpots will be 10' x 10'. You are welcome to bring tents but please bring tie downs in the event of wind. There will be no access to electric. Please initial that you understand these rules: \n \n\nNo food truck\, no bounce/jump houses\, no petting zoo/animal adoption booths. \n \n\nThere will be no public restrooms available. However\, vendors will be allowed to use the restroom at 4 Tons of Blessings at 120 N Broadway. You can walk down the alley & come in the back door if you prefer. \n \n\nIf making home baked items\, you must follow Health Department guidelines for the Cottage Law direct to customer rules. Please contact the health department for additional questions.
